What is your condition to terminate lease? If the contract does not say anything, you must return to that state laws are.

Normally, if would not renew a lease that requires written notice of 60 days would be. Send a letter stating its intention to move and not renew his contract and what your date will be moved. In this way you will receive a receipt that you sent the letter, even if they are not collected. If they do not want to receive or sign for him and to live close enough to drive there, etc., go hand in hers. You must give a warning, but you can not just move at the end of the lease without notice.

Give us the appropriate notice in accordance with their lease. Check your lease. This is something that since the day I signed the contract, if you had the conversation with your supervisor lease need to know.

It is customary to give at least 30 days in advance. If your contract does not specify that state since the announcement, I would say that 30 days is sufficient. It is always better to terminate, in writing can not (by phone or e-mail).
