Vehicle Tents Vehicle Care In The Rockies - Especially Winter?

Vehicle care in the Rockies - especially winter? - vehicle tents

I lead a friend to climbing in the Rocky Mountains. Winter weather down to -20. It does not have a garage. The custom truck is used daily. It is a heater and a cover of the battery is required, or perhaps a tent as a shelter vehicle?

Well, I live in the cold northern Michigan, where winter can be very.
-20 Not very often, it happens here.

I would say that is the companion of the battery and the oil heater is a good idea could not withstand the protection of snow or wind power is greater in winter.

There are also some magnetic flap hanging over the sink before Whelan keep the cold air into the engine compartment.

The synthetic motor oil to flow even when conventional oil is solid. On oil in the engine becomes more difficult, thickened around him. Combine this with the fact that the cold weakens the battery. Check out this link to Amsoil 0W-30, the spread is-60F: http://www.amsoil.com/redirect.cgi?zo=14 ...

MAKING certain vehicles with such questions, and I think it would be an excellent idea.
